Press Release: Clewiston , FL – Ken Kinney and the Hendry County Motorsports Park Management is excited to announce that ‘Cowboy’ Rob Kohler will be joined in the Race Tower by ‘Racin’ Jason Beckner for the 2014 Fall Season. With Cowboy Rob as Speedway Commentator and Racin Jason as Race Director, two of the most creative and entertaining personalities in Racing Entertainment, the fans and the competitors will experience a new level of involvement with each other. Communication with the fans and the racers as well as the communication with Scorekeeper Melanie Beckner and Flagman Steve Dielman during the race, is part of the key to a great show. Rob and Jason both know how to put on a great show. Colleen Crum and Kelly Crupper will continue to handle the Administration responsibilities while Larry Thacker Sr. prepares the track and maintains the equipment with race day help from Sherry Thacker and Larry Jr.. Sugarland Motorsports will be selling Sunoco Race Fuel, Hoosier Racing Tires, Raceiver Radios and a full line of race car parts and tools. Everglades Farm Equipment will be providing the Big Green John Deere Tractor and Recycling Services of Indiantown will be providing the Water Truck. With a $10,000 to win Thunder Stock race and a new Strictly Stock division to inspect this season, Dennis Coyle and Jon K will be keeping the rules enforced in the tech shed. The Everglades Winter Nationals in November will have additional tech staff on hand to keep cars safe and legal.
The 2014 Fall Season is seven events starting Opening Night September 6th and ending with the Everglades Winter Nationals two weekend event on November 15th, 21st and 22nd . Classes competing in the remainder of the 2014 Season will be Eagle Jet Top Gun Sprint Cars, UDLMCS Late Models, Limited Late Models, Open Wheel Modifieds, Street Stocks, Mini Modifieds, Outlaw Fours, Thunder Stocks and the new Strictly Stocks.
